Cortes, ATLCAD Architectural Services has been recognized locally for its Contemporary Designs with exclusive modern touches that turns into efficient and practical environments to creates exotic, bright, enchanting & unique spaces to cover all expectations.
In our years of operation we have pursued an architecture of expressive modernism across projects of varied typologies and scales.
We believe in the intrinsic value of place, landscapes, artifacts and existing structures, and pay particular attention to the accretion of the attributes when formulating our design approach. This situational response is unique and based on the characteristics of each project, site and context that has resulted in exclusive structures with unusual and evocative forms, dynamic environments and colorful materials and textures.
With exceptional client collaboration we have been creating sustainable designs, which are practical and affordable, we strive to reduce the unnecessary costs and to accommodate designs based on specific environments, we have a specific approach to reducing building running costs and maintenance costs for our clients. We concentrate on the incorporation of practical and affordable integrated sustainable design features, that maximize use of natural light and fresh air linked to mechanical and electrical systems.
We do work along with Home owners/Business owners , Investors and Builders. We design and build from Exotic Contemporary or Traditional Homes to partial or full Home Renovations and Additions.
